BibleMCP gives AI assistants Bible texts, original-language data, and citations. It is operated by iamskog LLC. This page explains what we keep about you and why. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
What we keep
- Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can reach you about your account.
- Your settings, such as which collections of writings are turned on.
- How many lookups your account makes each day, so we can apply your plan’s allowance. We count lookups; we don’t store your questions or the texts we send back.
- Which assistants you’ve connected, so you can see and disconnect them in Settings.
- Short-lived server logs with the time, the kind of lookup, a scripture reference when there is one, and an account number. Logs don’t contain verse text or your assistant’s conversation.
Who else is involved
- Stripe processes payments for Plus. We never see or store your card number.
- Resend delivers our sign-in emails.
- Akamai (Linode) hosts our server.
Your AI assistant’s provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI) handles your conversations under its own privacy policy. BibleMCP only sees the specific lookups your assistant sends us.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, plus short-lived ones while you sign in. No tracking or ad cookies.
Your choices
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. That removes your email, settings, usage counts, and connected assistants, and cancels Plus. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.
